Assist the VP of Reinsurance and Claims Consultant(s).
Performance driven position governed by key performance indicators.
- Ability to meet or exceed performance task and time management metrics while conducting any and all assigned duties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Successful use of all MS products and the ability to change and adapt to an evolving work environment.
- Ability to learn and successfully use all IMSIF technology (i.
e.
proprietary claims, reinsurance and electronic document management systems, IMSIF website) critical to performing all KPI's and task and time management performance metrics.
- Timely respond to all stakeholder phone messages and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand, follow and comply with all IMSIF reinsurance operations internal processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Possess a general knowledge of property insurance policies and policy declarations pages.
- Create professional letters, emails, and other communications to all IMSIF stakeholders.
- Successfully compile data and create spreadsheets using IMSIF's proprietary databases.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
