Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following
Qualifications:
IL licensed PT with a minimum of 1 year experience (this includes home health experience).
A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
The ability to work independently.
