Job Description:
We are currently looking for an upbeat, personable, driven & self-starting individual to assist our Customer Service Department.
Must have a strong work ethic, great attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
This candidate should possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail.
Punctuality and attendance are of extreme importance.
Responsibilities include:
Inbound and Outbound customer contact via phone, text, email and live chat as needed.
scheduling sales and service appointments as needed.
Communicating with Customer service Technicians, Estimators & Management regarding the service schedule Assisting the Customer Service Manager with customer/outside correspondence Communicating with upper management regarding escalated or unsatisfied customers Over the phone trouble shooting Other tasks requested by Management as needed, relating to customer service.
Gathering information on confirmed work to accounting for invoicing.
Gathering invoices to respective Superintendents & to Customer Service techs when needed Other duties as assigned.
